What is that in your mouth?

As it has been years,
You might not reappear,
Enclosed, vague and assaulted by the present,
Ashamed of victorious talks,
Which never made the walk,
Only exist as a burden for the present.

But burdens are a bidding,
An intangible emotion,
Hard to rid,
But burdens are no kidding,
An intangible emotion,
Hard to bid,
As it mocks and it dampens,
Aesthetics of the present.

What is that in your mouth?
Behind crooked teeth,
Answers that are unsheathe,
Crops the story short,
For the present and the burden the mind extorts.
