Why do we always; (a) Think too much, and (b) Think too negative
I mean, I realize that people are more commonly found with their BAD HABITS rather than their GOOD TRAITS. However, WHY, do WE, as ordinarily as OTHER PEOPLE judge too much about people and think to little of them at the same time.
For example, If suddenly on a road, there's a reckless driver trying to get by really fast, cutting lines even though it's practically jammed up in front, we would SURELY have this perception that the driver is IMPATIENT, INSENSITIVE, DANGEROUS and consequently a BAD DRIVER. Come on people, try to think more positively. Let's say, what if the driver is having a serious stomach ache at that moment and needs to get to a toilet fast. (What would you do if you were in that situation?) Besides that, what if the driver is rushing to the hospital because someone dear to he/she just gave birth? or more unfortunately, died? (What would you do if you were in that situation?)
Another much simpler example, let's say you're out on a date, regardless whether it's a first date or you're thousandth date, and your partner was really quiet when he/she was eating. Generally, you'd probably get uneasy thinking that he/she is mad at you. Something seems to be wrong you guess. WHAT IF, your date is just hungry and yes, he/she is more focused on filling their 'yearning for food' tummy. On top of that, you'd end up ruining the date if you interpret it wrongly too.
Alright, so no one is certain about all of these actions done by people. Whether they are good or bad. The message here is, think positive. EVEN if it may not be as positive as we thought, you'd fine yourself more at peace by thinking positive rather than screaming or worrying about things that are not really what it is anyway at times. So why take the fuss when you can relax.
:P
