Travel

Basically, I Love Traveling. I like the idea of seeing places I've never been to and learning their history or their culture. The experiences were amazing if I put it all together. Before i start, I thank God I'm privileged enough to be traveling with my family unlike those who can't afford to go around. Thank You, Thank You, Syukur Alhamdulillah.

My favorite destination has got to be England. I practically go there near to yearly basis. Okay, maybe just once in two years or something. I have an uncle living there as well which creates more reasons to go there every opportunity available. I can't really pinpoint on why I love England so much. It's jut the air and the temperature and the place and London Shopping, Oxford street and the out skirts of England, the scenic drive. God, I miss England like crazy right now. The other day, i was so caught up missing England that i sort of typed "London" in "Flickr" *Laugh laugh laugh* Being in England has thought me a lot about civilization, being polite and friendly to people we don't even know. Helping out an old lady without feeling any sort of awkwardness or insecurity. I mean, how often do you pass by a man at a shopping mall and go, Assalamualaikum or Hello there, Good Afternoon, Good Evening? We Malaysians are only thought to do that in school, in school and in school. However there, I have the liberty of greeting whoever i wish without thinking twice. Somehow the society here influence me to be less friendly as they are and ends up in us being neighbors and not saying "Hello" for a change. Sickening. Alright a bit on the place itself. I don't know where to start because I've been all around England. Okay la, the famous one, London. It's a tour site of it's own. You can have the museum, exhibitions and buildings tour or you could also have the beautiful park, river cruise tour. Have both i suggest. It's worthwhile. If you have the time, go to Lake District. The place where Peter Rabbit was born. Okay okay, that's not the best part, of course the best part is the Lake! It's so pretty, do your photography shit there. It's worth your money. Take evening strolls along the lake and old buildings. It's a very nice place to go on Holiday. I'd have to admit I miss my uncle in Edgware a lot too. He's the sort of fun loving guy that jokes around and give you lessons on life. He's damn cool. Maybe i should text him after this, check up on him :).

Next destination, let's go to Scotland. So the last time i was in Scotland, i was at this remotely secluded from the outside world place called Kinlochard where therir population of people were less than two hundred and the rest were foreigners. Now this place did not even have MOBILE CONNECTIONS. Which made me and my dad sort of crazy for awhile. But all was good and it's a good place to runaway from people. The nearest town was this ALSO SMALL HAD NOTHING town called Aberfoyle. Now, the BEST THING about this place is the lake and the view. I can swear to you, it's priceless. The serenity it gives you is overwhelming. Located among the Trossachs National Park, the place has an overwhelming surround of nature. Even pictures couldn't potray how overwhelming the beauty of that place was. So then we also went to St. Andrews. I guess, that was more like Daddy's place, because it had the famous golf course. But oh boy the town was pretty. On top of that right right right, there was a good Thai restaurant. SUMPAH SEDAP. The beach was also amazing. Had this eerie but at the same time nice kind of feeling where it's all misty and cold. Edinburgh was pretty too, over commercialized, but pretty. The castle was enormous and it was fun learning and hearing to the history of Edinburgh.

Next, Indonesia! Okay, so I've just been to Bandung, but it's enough to tell me how the over populated country can manage. Imagine this : A traffic with no traffic lights, many cars, three lanes becoming into four lanes, a lot of junctions but no accidents. COOL RIGHT? My aunt called it Chaotic Management. It's incredible. People there are so giving and nice that they give way unlike the Kiasu Malaysian Drivers. The other thing is, they sincerely and utterly treasure their nature. The roads are built AROUND the old trees. We Malaysians insensitively cut it all down. I mean they have culture and they inherit an identity of their own. They'd rather shed own blood than losing their own heritage. It's admirable. Shopping in Bandung is The Shit, Period. Food, oh my god, nasi padang <3

That's all for now i supposed. To explain to you about Europe would take ages. SO maybe when i feel like it.
